30-member ground team dispatched to retrieve bodies of AN-32 crash victims

With inclement weather affecting the air borne rescue operations to retrieve the mortal remains of the 13 air warriors, the Shi Yomi district administration has dispatched a 30-member ground team
With inclement weather affecting the air borne rescue operations to retrieve the mortal remains of the 13 air warriors, the Shi Yomi district administration has dispatched a 30-member ground team to the AN-32 crash site to bring back the bodies.
The ground team comprises of personnel of the Air Force, Army, Police and local trekkers.
The team left for the crash site from Lungtei village between Mechuka and Tato today morning.
The ground team is likely to reach the crash site by Tuesday evening after more than two days of foot march.
