In a big development and a moment of pride for the nation, Prime Minister Narendra Modi has emerged as the World’s most powerful person of 2019 in the British Herald poll.

PM Narendra Modi will feature on the cover page of British Herald Magazine in July. It will be released on 15th July 2019.

Proving Narendra Modi’s image as a global leader, the poll was conducted by British Herald and was closed on Saturday midnight, and it selected Prime Minister Modi as the world’s most powerful person in 2019.

The magazine said the poll that was conducted had many global leaders in the fray including the United States of America President Donald Trump, Chinese premier Xi Jinping, and Russian PM Vladimir Putin.

The magazine further stated that PM Modi received 30.9 percent of votes while his closest contender was Russia’s Vladimir Putin with 29.9 percent votes.
