Acting on specific inputs, Assam Rifles seized a huge quantity of psychotropic drugs and arrested a drug peddler in Manipur’s border town Moreh.
20,000 WY tablets and 3.3 kg of Heroine and Brown Sugar were seized from the peddler’s possession which was kept concealed in onion and blanket bags.
The value of the seized drugs in the international market is estimated to be around Rs 7.2 crore. The peddler has been identified as Paominlen Haokip.
